Joe Jackson, along with three of his four original band mates, will release a new album, "Rain," Jan. 29. It is Jackson's first record since 2003's "Volume 4," which featured the original four members of The Joe Jackson Band, according to a press release. Jackson is expected to tour in the new year to support "Rain," which is being released on Rykodisc.
